Richard is a lifelong entrepreneur who co-founded Synteractive in 2003 and serves as the Chief Administrative Officer, overseeing Finance and Accounting, Contracts, Compliance, and Human Resources. In this role, Richard is responsible for implementing best practices and intelligent orchestration at Synteractive’s home base.
Prior to co-founding Synteractive, Richard was the Director of Business Intelligence for netDecide, where he worked directly with the CEO and Chief Strategy Officer to manage the research organization and develop a program for market and competitive intelligence. At netDecide, his diverse portfolio of responsibilities included the development of a knowledge management program as well as an intellectual property protection program, which resulted in multiple patents awards. Richard also has experience in a range of other industries, and has participated in ventures with software test procedures, legal operations, and banking operations.
Richard conducted his degree work at George Mason University and the University of Minnesota with a focus in English Literature.
