Shirin joined Synteractive in 2007 and is a Senior Business Solutions Engineer leveraging her experience in systems analysis, design, synchronization, and development. Since joining Synteractive, she has taken the lead role for engagement management in multiple engagements across a wide array of communities of practice in a large civil engineering firm including managing the largest engagements for Enterprise Lessons Learned and Process Quality Management systems. Shirin directs and leads efforts for strategy consulting by combining an iterative approach with structured Intelligent Orchestration to improve fluid communication and reduce hierarchical road blocks for Knowledge Management Initiatives across the organization.
Shirin earned a Bachelors and a Masters in Systems Engineering from George Mason University. She represented George Mason University at the 2007 IEEE Systems and Information Engineering Design Symposium at West Point Academy. Her senior design project, "Battlefield Command Support Systems" placed among the top projects presented for the Military Programs category and was published by IEEE periodical. She is also member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
