Synteractive was founded in 2003 around the idea that radical reductions in the cost of transactions—from financial trades to interacting around the globe—would ultimately transform the very definition of an organization or market. After several years of research and development into Intelligent Orchestration™, we formally launched our Synteractive Public Sector consulting business in 2006, helping complex federal agencies solve problems using innovative orchestration solutions.
Synteractive Business Solutions was launched in 2008 bringing Intelligent Orchestration™ and the innovative Synteractive consulting approach to businesses and social enterprises.
We saw strong growth throughout 2009 in both Public Sector and Business Solutions consulting. The major leap forward last year was a significant commitment to developing enterprise products. Our leap into enterprise products had one goal in mind, to reduce the overall time and cost to implement orchestrated solutions, for our clients. We also began developing market leading Cloud solutions, particularly implementing Microsoft-based enterprise applications on Amazon Web Services.
Cloud Advantage, a Synteractive company, was launched in 2010 to provide complete Cloud solutions for Microsoft-centric organizations including consulting, automation, and managed services. Cloud Advantage currently runs on Amazon Web Services. We will be extending our APIs throughout 2010 to integrate with a range of public and private Cloud providers.
The core team behind Synteractive has worked together since 1996, having founded and built netDecide Corporation. netDecide developed an orchestration platform tailored around the specific challenges of brokerage, private banking, and asset management firms. The netDecide Wealth Management Platform was a vital element in this transformation for venerable firms such as Bank of America, Legg Mason, Ernst & Young, Mutual of New York, and State Farm, bringing together cutting edge architecture, data aggregation and analysis, workflows, web-based user interaction, and sophisticated financial modeling and optimization. netDecide was sold to Informa Investment Solutions in 2003.
